美しさと快適さ、意匠と環境が、ひとつの設計行為として立ち現れる建築を目指し、北海道と東京を拠点に、建築設計・研究・執筆活動を行っています。

780 nanometers marks a wavelength near the upper limit of human visible light.

Beyond this threshold lies infrared radiation, where perception shifts from vision to thermal sensation.

Based in Hokkaido and Tokyo, Atelier780 redefines architecture from this boundary.

Seeking buildings in which beauty and comfort, form and performance, emerge through a single design act.

北海道旭川市生まれ。冬は−20℃以下、夏は35℃以上に達する、日本有数の寒暖差をもつ環境で育つ。
